Job summary

Cedar Point is seeking a Manager - Food and Beverage to lead all F&B operations within their area of the park. You will set training agendas, manage purchasing, budgeting, staffing, inventory, and cost controls, reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage while collaborating with other departments to support park-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Minimum 2–4 years in food and beverage management with supervision experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word; ServSafe certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead all food & beverage operations with focus on service quality and guest satisfaction.
• Drive financial performance, budgets, and cost controls to meet goals.
• Lead labor planning across F&B locations with scheduling and productivity management.
• Oversee financial controls and reporting alignment with division standards.
• Provide leadership and development for F&B managers and supervisors.
• Ensure facilities and equipment are clean, safe, and operational.
• Collaborate with Director and Executive Chef on menus and efficiency improvements.
