Job summary

Amex GBT is seeking an experienced Hospitality Operations Specialist to own the food and beverage strategy for a dedicated account. Role includes menu concepts, banquet event orders, onsite execution, and cost reconciliation across events.

The ideal candidate brings 5+ years in large corporate F&B, strong knowledge of contracts, and ability to manage complex venues within a busy studio environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years managing food and beverage for large corporate meetings and events.
• Fluency with banquet event orders, guarantees, attrition, service charges, and venue billing.

Responsibilities

• Own the food and beverage plan for each assigned program and present recommendations to clients.
• Serve as the primary liaison with hotel/venue catering and convention services teams.
• Manage dietary, allergen, and accessibility requirements across events.
• Track guarantees, attrition, and consumption; surface financial exposure before charges occur.
• Lead onsite F&B execution across sessions, tastings, and hospitality functions.
• Support sourcing for studio programs from RFP through contract handoff.
