Job summary

Soho House & Co is seeking a Procurement Systems Specialist to support Adaco administration, cost control, and recipe linkage to our MICROS Revenue System. The role will evolve to broader procurement activities across Food, Beverage and Variables categories.

You will collaborate with local kitchen, bar and operations teams to ensure up-to-date product data, pricing and stock in Adaco, while driving cost control and spend analytics across sites.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years progressive cost control and/or operational purchasing management experience.
• Experience in Food and Beverage procurement an advantage.
• Operational experience within Hospitality experience is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Ensure complete administrator responsibilities of Adaco.
• Ensure database cost prices and purchase codes are accurate.
• Ensure recipes are created in Adaco and linked to our Revenue System (MICROS).
• Report on missing PLU’s & recipes on a weekly basis.
• Review Global & Local recipes with the relevant departments.
• Regular cleanup of F&B products database in Adaco.
• Provide monthly Adaco training.
• Analyze COS and report against budget/theoretical.
