Job summary

Soho House & Co. in New York is seeking a procurement professional to manage the Adaco system, drive cost control, and support local kitchen, bar and operations teams with recipe, cost and inventory management.

The role will expand to broader procurement activities, including vendor setup, invoice management, spend analytics and policy governance, across Food, Beverage and Variables categories.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years progressive cost control and/or operational purchasing management experience.
• Experience in Food & Beverage procurement is an advantage.
• Operational hospitality experience is an advantage.
• Strong Excel/Spreadsheets knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Adaco administrator responsibilities and ensure data accuracy for cost prices and purchase codes.
• Link recipes to the Revenue System (MICROS) and report on missing PLUs and recipes weekly.
• Perform cost and scenario analyses, and provide monthly Adaco training.
• Analyze COS, budget alignment and spend analytics, and support supplier updates in Adaco and Sage.
• Support onboarding and training for new sites and teams on the Purchasing System.
