Job summary

Soho House & Co in New York is seeking a Junior Buyer to support direct food and beverage procurement and supplier management across North American locations. You will help manage the purchasing system, vendor setup, invoice processing, cost control, spend analytics, and contract reviews.

You will collaborate with Ops, Chefs, Finance and Procurement, develop supplier dashboards, and contribute to process improvements while staying current on market trends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, hospitality, or finance.
• 1–3 years procurement or supply chain experience in F&B.
• Experience with purchasing/ERP platforms is a plus.
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for product, supplier, and procurement inquiries.
• Maintain Purchasing System and ensure up-to-date supplier/product data.
• Monitor orders and engage the business on at-risk procurements.
• Support stock, margin reporting and ad-hoc reporting needs.
• Assist with invoice processing and accounts payable workflows.
• Collaborate with Ops, Chefs, Finance and Procurement to optimize supplier performance.
