Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead the team responsible for external GAAP financial statements and compliance.
• Coordinate with auditors, tax, and legal to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Provide authoritative accounting guidance on complex transactions and regulatory developments.
• Drive technical accounting assessments and documentation for significant events.
• Partner with FP&A for investor communications and reporting narratives.
