• 5+ years of controls, audit, accounting, or finance experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads the team responsible for preparation and review of quarterly and annual audited financial statements.
• Coordinates with external auditors, legal, tax, and other stakeholders to facilitate audit and reporting cycle.
• Provides authoritative technical accounting guidance on complex transactions including M&A and restructurings.
• Leads assessments on accounting implications of transactions; documents conclusions in memos.
• Monitors emerging accounting standards and regulatory developments; advises leadership.
• Partners with FP&A to align investor relations reporting with audited results.
• Oversees Oracle FCCS changes and controls updates.
• Develops a high-performing team through coaching and performance reviews.
