Job summary

SAIC in Hawaii is seeking an Exercise Event Support Planner to support USINDOPACOM J73 at Camp Smith. You will manage event calendars, registrations, and logistics for joint exercises and provide executive administrative support to the J73 Branch Chief.

The role requires experience in planning complex tasks, familiarity with JELC and IM/KM tools (TMS, JTT, JTIMS, SharePoint). Travel up to 10% may be required; must be a U.S. citizen with active clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 6 years of relevant experience.
• Experience planning and managing complex tasks under tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Joint Exercise Life Cycle (JELC) and IM/KM tools is preferred.
• Experience with IM/KM tools such as VTC, GVS, SharePoint, Teams, TMS, JTT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate event registration and logistics for J73/USINDOPACOM exercises.
• Maintain event calendars and personnel trackers; support spend plan inputs.
• Coordinate with staff for proper personnel, equipment, and clearances.
• Maintain J73 exercise information data sites and respond to RFIs.
• Assist in producing exercise orders/directives for planning events.
• Use TMS, JTIMS, JTT and related databases for planning.
• Travel up to 10% year may be required.
