Qualifications

• 10+ years in full lifecycle executive recruitment with VP-level success.
• Deep expertise in executive search methodologies and assessment tools.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trust with candidates.
• Fluent with LinkedIn Recruiter, CRMs, analytics tools, Excel, and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Create and execute executive recruitment strategies for top leadership.
• Map markets, benchmark talent trends, and build candidate pipelines.
• Partner with senior leaders to align hiring with growth plans.
• Lead confidential searches with discretion and integrity.
• Provide market insights and compensation trend guidance.
• Represent Blue Origin to candidates through the end-to-end process.
