Job summary

Airwallex is seeking a Principal Executive Recruiter to scale its leadership bench in support of global growth. You will partner with senior leaders across GTM, G&A, Product, Engineering and Design to scope leadership roles and build focused search strategies.

You’ll own executive searches end to end and drive candidate experiences, collaborating with hiring managers and shaping profiles to guide critical hiring decisions.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of recruitment experience, including hiring VP or C-level in a fast-paced, growth-stage environment.
• Ability to ramp up on new domains quickly.
• Proven track record recruiting and closing candidates across domains.
• Strong collaboration and influencing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Own executive searches end to end, from sourcing and candidate engagement through offer acceptance.
• Drive strategic hiring alignment with senior executives by shaping candidate profiles and search strategies.
• Build trusted relationships with candidates and deliver a consistently positive executive candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process, bringing market insight, strong judgment and influence to critical hiring decisions.
• Improve executive recruiting practices as Airwallex continues to grow globally.
