Job summary

Strava in San Francisco seeks an Executive Business Partner to provide proactive support to our CFO, General Counsel and Senior Engineering Leader. You will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and handle expenses with discretion.

You’ll partner with other Executive Business Partners to drive key initiatives, keep stakeholders informed, and contribute to special projects and events, all while upholding Strava’s inclusive culture.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience assisting C-Suite leaders.
• Positive, open-minded and agile approach to support a growing organization.
• Incredibly organized with outstanding attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service orientation: friendly, responsive, and eager to help stakeholders.
• Comfortable using AI tools (e.g., Claude) to streamline scheduling and workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional yet friendly.
• High proficiency using Google Suite and other organizational tools.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with a team of Executive Business Partners.
• Honest, trustworthy, dependable, and able to safeguard sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Executive’s complex calendar and scheduling needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to balance initiatives, drive deliverables, and follow up on items.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics.
• Respond to inquiries from executive leadership and stakeholders via phone, email, and in person.
• Be a problem solver while supporting Strava’s culture.
• Coordinate and arrange travel (international, multi-city) including air, hotel, and rental cars.
• Complete expense reports, purchase orders, contracts, and manage corporate card purchases; participate in budget planning as needed.
• Assist with special projects and events to support department efficiency.
