Job summary

Strava is seeking an Executive Business Partner to provide proactive support to our CFO, General Counsel and Senior Engineering Leader. This in-office role is based in our San Francisco office.

Responsibilities include managing complex calendars, coordinating multi-city travel, preparing materials, handling expenses and contracts, and driving efficiency across executive operations. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of C-suite support and excellent communication skills.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience assisting C-Suite leaders.
• Strong calendar, travel, and expense management skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented with discretion.
• Proficient with AI tools to streamline admin workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Executive's complex calendar and scheduling needs.
• Coordinate travel including international and multi-city trips.
• Prepare meeting materials and logistics for leadership meetings.
• Handle inquiries from executives and stakeholders in writing and in person.
• Process expenses, POs, contracts, and corporate card purchases.
• Assist with special projects and events to support the department.
