Job summary

Strava, Inc. is seeking an Executive Business Partner to provide proactive support to the CFO, General Counsel, and Senior Engineering Leader.

This in-office role will manage calendars, coordinate travel, prepare materials, and help with budgets and projects in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with a team of Executive Business Partners to streamline administrative processes and protect sensitive information while upholding Strava’s culture and values.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience assisting C-Suite leaders.
• Positive, agile approach to support a growing organization.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail across multiple projects.
• Excellent customer service orientation, responsive to stakeholders.
• Comfort using AI tools to streamline scheduling and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Executive’s complex calendar and scheduling needs.
• Partner with senior leaders to balance initiatives and drive deliverables.
• Prepare meeting materials and coordinate logistics.
• Answer inquiries of executive leadership and stakeholders effectively.
• Coordinate and arrange travel, including international trips.
• Complete expense reports, PO's, contracts, and manage corporate card purchases.
