Job summary

Interfaith Ministries for Greater Houston, now IM Houston, seeks an Executive Coordinator to the President & CEO to provide strategic, administrative, and operational support to the organization’s leadership, the Board, donors, and partners.

The role requires discretion, superior judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules, governance tasks, and external communications in a fast-paced nonprofit setting.

Qualifications

• Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license and automobile liability insurance.
• Experience supporting executive leadership, governance, and board activities in a nonprofit.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-level administrative and operational support to the President & CEO, including calendar management, meetings, agendas, and logistics.
• Coordinate governance matters with the Board of Directors, advisory boards, and committees, and prepare minutes and packets.
• Draft and edit executive communications, briefings, and presentations; liaise with senior leaders and external partners.
• Coordinate donor meetings and events with the Chief Development Officer; manage confidential information and correspondence.
