AT&T in Dallas, TX is seeking a Lead Financial Analyst who thrives at the intersection of finance, operations, and strategy. You will partner with senior leaders to translate large data sets into actionable insights, drive forecasting accuracy, and shape reporting and process improvements across the business.

The role requires 5+ years of FP&A/finance experience, strong Excel and BI tooling skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering clear, decision-focused analysis.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, accounting, corporate finance, or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret large data sets and communicate findings effectively.
• Experience preparing forecasts, financial models, management reporting, and performance analyses.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with financial or BI reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting processes, including analysis of results, variances, trends, and key drivers.
• Develop financial and operational reporting for visibility into performance, risks, opportunities, and trends.
• Analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights for strategic decisions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, reporting accuracy, governance, and performance.
• Monitor KPIs and metrics to help leadership understand drivers of performance and improvement opportunities.
• Support business planning by evaluating financial impacts, building business cases, and assessing risks and opportunities.
