This is a highly visible role partnering with senior leadership, the Compensation Committee, and cross-functional teams to shape executive pay, equity design, governance practices, and proxy disclosures.

Qualifications

• Experience leading executive compensation programs and equity administration.
• Strong knowledge of governance practices and SEC disclosures.
• Ability to prepare board materials and present to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive compensation programs including base salary, annual incentives, and long-term incentives.
• Own end-to-end equity compensation administration and plan governance.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, HRIS, Payroll, and external vendors on reporting and tax compliance.
• Develop analyses, models, forecasts, and accruals to support compensation strategy.
• Create board-ready materials and proxy-disclosure support.
• Drive governance, audits, and governance-related projects across compensation programs.
