What You'll Do
- Lead the administration, analysis, and ongoing enhancement of executive compensation programs, including base salary, annual incentive plans, long-term incentive programs, and executive benefits.
- Own end-to-end equity compensation administration, including grant processing, vesting events, exercises, settlements, participant communications, and plan governance.
- Partner closely with Finance, Accounting, Payroll, Legal, HRIS, and external vendors to ensure accurate financial reporting, tax compliance, and operational excellence across all equity programs.
- Develop executive compensation analyses, financial models, forecasts, budgets, and accrual calculations that support compensation strategy and executive decision-making.
- Create board-ready materials and presentations for executive leadership, the Compensation Committee, and Board of Directors.
- Play a key role in annual proxy statement preparation, including executive compensation disclosures, compensation tables, stock ownership reporting, and supporting analyses.
- Help ensure compliance with SEC regulations, stock exchange requirements, insider trading policies, clawback provisions, tax regulations, and evolving governance standards.
- Partner with external compensation consultants to conduct benchmarking studies, peer group analyses, market assessments, and executive compensation reviews.
- Maintain executive compensation and equity data across HR systems and stock plan platforms while ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Deliver meaningful dashboards, analytics, and insights that support executive compensation planning and strategic workforce decisions.
- Lead audits, reconciliations, controls, and governance processes related to compensation and equity programs.
- Support annual executive compensation planning, including merit increases, executive incentive calculations, and long-term incentive award recommendations.
- Drive process improvements, automation initiatives, and technology enhancements that increase efficiency, scalability, and reporting capabilities.
- Serve as a primary advisor and liaison to compensation consultants, auditors, stock plan administrators, and legal partners.
- Stay ahead of emerging executive compensation, governance, and disclosure trends, recommending innovative solutions and best practices.
- Lead special projects related to executive compensation, enterprise compensation programs, governance initiatives, HR technology, and organizational transformation efforts.
