As an Associate Compensation Consultant in Houston, you will work with senior consultants, contribute to research and analyses, develop client-ready deliverables, and help translate data into actionable insights for executives and boards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with compensation data, financial analysis, market research, or consulting preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with data/analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Support client teams on executive compensation and related leadership issues.
• Contribute to research, analysis, and development of insights and deliverables.
• Create visuals, presentations, and reports communicating analyses clearly.
• Develop customized analyses and materials for senior management and Boards of Directors.
• Collaborate with Pearl Meyer colleagues across offices to gain broad consulting experience.
• Learn from senior consultants to grow as a consultant.
