Job summary

Pearl Meyer is seeking an Associate Compensation Consultant to join our Houston office. You will work on executive compensation projects, research market data, and contribute to client-ready analyses alongside senior consultants.

You will develop insights, create compelling deliverables, and support recommendations for Boards and senior management across industries while building broad consulting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and communicate findings clearly.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with compensation data, financial analysis, market research, or consulting is preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced, client-focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with data and analytical tools.

Responsibilities

• Conduct research and analyze executive compensation and market data.
• Develop insights and create client-ready deliverables.
• Support senior consultants and contribute to recommendations for Boards.
• Present findings and collaborate with project teams across Pearl Meyer offices.
