Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, or Public Relations preferred.
• 8–10 years of experience in communications.
• Data-driven with ability to use analytics to tell stories.
• Eagerness to learn about cutting-edge industry trends and innovation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multitasks, prioritizes, and meets deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to earn trust and contribute to a culture of inclusion.
• U.S. citizen or national or eligible to work in the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and align on communications strategies and integrated campaigns across channels.
• Write and edit press materials and internal collateral, ensuring narratives are coherent and aligned with business objectives.
• Serve as the primary media contact and cultivate relationships with reporters and influencers; plan briefings and events.
• Monitor media and use analytics to measure impact and optimize communications strategies.
• Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activity, and digital platforms to identify opportunities.
