Qualifications

• Solid grounding in communications strategy across multiple channels.
• Highly developed written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate technical information into clear storytelling.
• Experience with digital communications and social media.
• Proven ability to build collaborative, client-focused teams and relationships.
• Experience managing editing/version-control across business units with a consistent voice.
• In-depth experience aligning messages with branding across organizations.

Responsibilities

• Draft communications that build trust, engagement and a positive reputation with employees and external stakeholders across channels.
• Understand content needs of channel partners to inform content plans and campaigns.
• Develop program-specific marketing and communications materials; manage campaigns and planning.
• Support master editorial calendar development and upkeep across modalities.
• Collaborate with digital/social teams to define integrated plans and quality execution.
• Plan and execute employee events with strategic content and logistics.
• Create content across channels and proofread/update materials (presentations, press releases, speeches, websites, newsletters, etc.).
• Identify and monitor metrics to assess impact and summarize reports for management.
