The role emphasizes strategic communications, governance support, and adoption of AI-enabled tools to enhance operational workflows, with close collaboration across IT/AV, Security, and Event Services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate communications or events.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills for executive-level communications.
• Experience supporting executive meetings or large-scale corporate events.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Comfortable learning new technologies and AI-driven processes.
• Budgeting or administrative support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop executive communication materials including agendas, presentations, and talking points.
• Coordinate and support executive leadership meetings and enterprise-wide events.
• Manage timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ensure messaging aligns with strategy across communications and events.
• Maintain editorial calendars and coordinate messaging across initiatives.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain planning tools and content repositories; Airtable training provided.
• Assist with budget tracking, invoicing, and expense reconciliation.
• Research background information to support executive messaging.
• Support testing and rollout of AI-enabled communication tools.
• Provide onsite and virtual support during meetings and events.
