Qualifications

• 10+ years of communications experience, including at least 5 years in organizational and executive communications.
• Superior writing, editing and oral communication skills.
• Expertise in developing and implementing executive communication strategies.
• Ability to manage complex, high-impact projects with multiple partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills in developing communication and engagement strategies and actions; high degree of independent judgment.
• Adept at building strategic plans and translating them into practical applications, with close attention to detail.
• Outstanding executive presence and proven track record of building relationships as a trusted advisor.
• Deeply collaborative and comfortable driving results through influence.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted communications advisor to the IM NA Company Group Chair. Develop and implement a comprehensive executive communications strategy aligned with IM NA business priorities and enterprise initiatives.
• Create compelling content including speeches, presentations, talking points, town hall materials, executive correspondence, videos, and strategic narratives.
• Identify and manage an integrated executive visibility program across earned, owned, and paid channels.
• Lead communications support for executive forums, leadership meetings, town halls, and organizational events.
• Collaborate with Communications & Public Affairs, Enterprise Communications, Government Affairs, Commercial, Medical Affairs, Human Resources, Legal, Regulatory, Investor Relations and other partners.
• Establish metrics and reporting to evaluate effectiveness; leverage AI-enabled tools to enhance content, engagement, and measurement.
