Responsibilities

• Lead global IM R&D CPC operating model with priorities and governance.
• Coordinate with regional teams in NA, LATAM, EMEA, and APAC.
• Prepare leadership rhythms, briefs, dashboards, and executive materials.
• Drive follow-up on decisions, dependencies, and action plans.
• Promote simplification and standardization across IM R&D CPC processes.
• Oversee risk assessment, performance management, and data integrity.
• Deliver consolidated analyses linking compliance to business strategy.
