Qualifications

• 5+ years of senior level leadership support experience
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
• Experience with executive level calendar management
• Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
• Experience working with large global teams

Responsibilities

• Manage a complex, high-volume calendar across multiple time zones
• Coordinate complex domestic and international travel, including detailed itineraries and logistics
• Own logistics of team rhythms and events - staff meetings, business reviews, all-hands, offsites, leadership summits
• Act as a liaison between the VP and internal/external stakeholders
• Partner with leadership to coordinate cross-org initiatives and ensure information flow
• Support space planning, onboarding logistics, and organizational operations
• Handle confidential information with complete discretion
• Identify and implement improvements to executive-office processes, tools, workflows
• Plan the annual organizational calendar and integrate emerging priorities
• Support and manage small to medium projects as needed
