Job summary

Qualifications

• 2+ years of senior level leadership support or 1+ year with Amazon experience.
• Experience with executive level calendar management.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications.
• High school or equivalent diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Complex calendar management across multiple time zones.
• Extensive travel coordination (international and domestic).
• Coordinate and track expenses, organize team activities and events.
• Act as liaison for direct reports and business stakeholders.
• Plan events at the team and org level and drive cross-team collaboration.
• Mentor and learn from other executive assistants and manage projects.
