CVS Health is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support the Senior Vice President of Trade Strategy and Operations. You will manage confidential schedules, travel, and communications in a fast-paced corporate environment, demonstrating strong judgment and proactive problem-solving.

The role requires tech-savvy, exceptional written and verbal communication, and the ability to interact with senior leaders and external partners. Travel up to 10% and East Coast hours are expected.

Qualifications

5+ years of progressive admin experience supporting senior leadership.
Experience managing complex calendars, travel itineraries, and executive phone coverage.
Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and logistical support to the SVP of Trade Strategy & Operations.
Coordinate calendars and travel for senior executives.
Prepare and edit communications and meeting materials.
Act with discretion handling sensitive information.
