Qualifikationen

• Eight (8) or more years of administrative experience required.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), SharePoint, Concur, and collaboration platforms; ability to troubleshoot and train others.

• Manage complex calendars, expenses, and time commitments for executives.
• Anticipate leaders’ needs and resolve scheduling conflicts with minimal direction.
• Triager incoming requests and inquiries with discretion and urgency.
• Plan and coordinate meetings, events, and travel, including international arrangements.
