Job summary

Regeneron seeks an Executive Director to lead the technology strategy for HR, Corporate Affairs, and Strategic Alliances from Sleepy Hollow, NY, with ownership of Workday and related platforms. You will partner with senior leaders to align tech investments with talent and strategic goals, while driving AI, analytics, and secure, scalable enterprise solutions.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR, or related field.
• MS or MBA preferred.
• 17+ years of progressive HR technology leadership, including large-scale Workday (HCM) programs.
• Deep expertise in Workday architecture, release strategy, and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technology strategy and multi-year roadmap for HR, Corporate Affairs, Business Development, Corporate Strategy, Investor Relations and Strategic Alliances.
• Own and optimize the HR technology portfolio, including Workday and related platforms.
• Deliver technology solutions for business development, alliance management, and AI-enabled opportunity intelligence.
• Build and lead a global technology organization and drive execution across complex functions.
• Oversee vendor management, governance, cybersecurity, data privacy, and platform resilience.

Education

BS/BA in Computer Science, Information Systems, Human Resources, or related field
