Inversion is looking for a highly experienced Senior Executive Assistant to support our executive leadership team in California. This role involves proactive support beyond calendar management, acting as a strategic partner to enhance efficiency and organization across the company.

The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience supporting C-level executives, particularly in fast-paced environments such as aerospace or deep tech. The position offers a salary range of $100,000 - $130,000 annually.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives in a startup or high-growth environment.
• Experience in aerospace, defense, hardware, or deep tech environments.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage complex, ever-changing calendars.
• Coordinate domestic and international travel.
• Act as a gatekeeper and thought partner to executives.
• Prepare materials for board meetings and investor updates.
