Job summary

Nevada State Bank, a division of Zions Bancorporation, N.A., invites applications for an Executive Assistant to join our Corporate Banking team in Las Vegas, NV. The role supports the Executive Director for Corporate Lending and coordinates department programs and projects with a focus on confidential, high-level operations.

We require 4+ years of administrative experience and a Bachelor’s degree in business/finance.

Qualifications

• 4+ years administrative, business, finance, or related experience and a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
• Experience supporting senior leaders in financial services preferred.
• Ability to manage and coordinate division-wide projects and cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills for a fast-paced lending environment.
• Maintains confidentiality with executive-level information.

Responsibilities

• Provide admin and support services to Executive management.
• Administer programs, projects, and processes for the department.
• Serve as liaison on purchasing, personnel, facilities and operations.
• Train and orient new staff as required.
• Interpret and implement department policies and procedures.
