Job summary

Phoenix Children's is seeking a Director of Strategic Implementation to translate organizational strategy into actionable plans and measurable outcomes. Reporting to the Sr Vice President, Chief Strategy Officer, you will drive enterprise-wide execution and coordinate strategic initiatives across clinical and operational leaders.

Responsibilities include leading annual strategic planning, developing implementation roadmaps, and establishing governance for successful delivery.

Responsibilities

• Leads annual enterprise strategic planning process, environment assessments, stakeholder engagement, prioritization, plan development, and executive review.
• Translates strategic priorities into implementation roadmaps with milestones, timelines, owners, and success metrics.
• Establishes governance structures and accountability to ensure delivery of strategic priorities and monitors progress for risks and corrective action.
• Coordinates the organization’s Strategic Opportunity Review Process for growth opportunities including partnerships and ventures.
• Provides executive support, alignment across departments, and development of communications for strategic priorities and performance.
