Job summary

Phoenix Children’s seeks a director-level leader to oversee Care Coordination across the enterprise, including Inpatient Care Management, Utilization Management and Social Work. You will drive strategic direction, ensure patient information coordination, and build programs to improve family-centered care and outcomes.

The role requires RN licensure in Arizona, advanced credentials, and substantial managerial experience in acute care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing is required.
• Current credentials in Case Management or Social Work are required.
• Master’s degree in Nursing, Management, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to assigned departments.
• Develop strategies for case management and social work processes.
• Ensure compliance with EMTALA and regulatory requirements.
• Manage budgets and prepare financial/operational reports.
