Job summary

EY in Hartford, Connecticut seeks a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver the Clients & Industries strategy across portfolios, ensuring teams are empowered to win in the market and deliver exceptional client service.

Reporting to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader, you will collaborate with regional and function leaders to shape strategy, oversee communications, coordinate resources, and drive cost management and process improvements to enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent qualification required
• 12+ years current experience with EY or Global Professional Services firm track record

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate and deliver the function's strategy with the function Leader and leadership network
• Collaborate with function leadership to co-develop strategic planning and insights
• Provide insight and strategic guidance regarding management information and overall business performance
• Articulate and implement the function leadership model to activate strategy and drive proactive client conversations
• Collaborate with regions to identify areas for applying initiatives to increase pipeline and revenue streams
• Develop internal/external awareness and activation campaigns and executing strategic events
• Maintain close relationships with regions and support program leaders in shaping meeting agendas
• Apply operational knowledge to develop and implement change strategies, programs and processes
• Make decisions regarding project resources, funding needs, spend and procurement approvals
• Anticipate business needs and proactively provide innovative ideas and solutions
• Assess activities against strategy and EY policies
