Job summary

EY is seeking a Strategy Execution Lead to drive and deliver strategy execution across the Clients & Industries organization. The role reports to the Pursuits & Commercial Excellence Leader and aligns to complex programs, enabling leaders to focus on market wins and client service.

You will liaise with regional leadership, shape program strategy, and oversee communications and cost planning. A Bachelor’s degree and 12+ years of EY/global firm experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification required.
• 12+ years current experience with EY or a Global Professional Services firm.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate, shape, and deliver the function(s) strategy with leadership.
• Collaborate with function leaders on planning and insights.
• Provide guidance on management information and performance analysis.
• Implement leadership models and activate strategy with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with regions to grow pipeline and revenue.
• Develop activation campaigns and strategic events.
• Support meeting agendas with program leaders.
