Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Execution Analyst to support planning and execution of key initiatives across the organization.

You will coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables, and maintain project documentation to ensure visibility and accountability. You will work with cross‑functional teams to track progress, identify risks, and help ensure strategic priorities are executed effectively, while communicating clearly with stakeholders and learning from senior team members.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 1+ year of experience in project coordination, operations, or business analysis.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
• Maintain project documentation, including schedules, status reports, meeting notes, and action logs.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
• Communicate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Monitor project performance and escalate issues as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements.
• Prepare presentations, dashboards, and reports.
• Align project activities with organizational goals.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Strategic Execution Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
• One or more years of experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
• Collaborative working style and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
