Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Lease Administration Analyst to support nationwide real estate operations. You will administer lease records, amendments, renewals, and notices, keeping Costar and related databases accurate and up to date.

You will coordinate lease execution, assist with workflow changes, analyze documents for leadership, and track critical dates related to landlord deadlines. A bachelor’s degree and strong English, plus proficiency with Microsoft Office, are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate, or related field.
• Ability to interpret legal contract language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office for documentation and basic reporting.

Responsibilities

• Administer lease records including amendments, renewals and notices to business units.
• Maintain and update lease data in Costar and related databases to ensure reliable records.
• Coordinate lease execution processes, including document preparation and routing for signatures.
• Assist with system workflow changes as needed within lease administration activities.
• Analyze lease documents to gather information for leadership to make informed decisions.
• Track critical dates related to lease clauses and landlord deadlines.

What you’ll do as a Lease Administrator Analyst:

• Administer lease records including amendments, renewals and notices to business units.
• Maintain and update lease data in Costar and related databases to ensure reliable records.

• Support projects assigned by supervisor while maintaining compliance with policies and procedures.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Lease Administrator Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or Real Estate or related field.
• Ability to interpret legal contract language.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications for documentation, communication and basic reporting
• This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job-related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role. The requirement is directly related to the nature of the job and ensures compliance with workplace safety and operational standards.
