Job summary

McLane Company, Inc. is seeking a Strategic Execution Analyst to support planning and delivery of key initiatives. You will coordinate tasks, timelines, and deliverables, maintain documentation, and help identify risks and dependencies while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes communication, data interpretation, and contributing to ongoing efficiency improvements, with opportunities to grow within the Strategy unit.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or similar.
  • Strong organization and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset to interpret data and trends.
  • Collaborative mindset with eagerness to learn from senior team members.
  • Ability to read/write English at work and follow instructions safely.

Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of projects by coordinating tasks, timelines and deliverables.
  • Maintain project documentation including schedules, status reports, notes, and action logs.
  • Assist in identifying risks, dependencies, and resource needs.
  • Facilitate communication between stakeholders and cross‑functional teams.
  • Monitor project performance and escalate issues as needed.
  • Contribute to process improvements to enhance efficiency and collaboration.
  • Prepare presentations, dashboards and reports for updates and insights.
  • Help ensure alignment between activities and organizational goals.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications you’ll bring as a Strategic Execution Analyst:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, project management, operations, or a related field. Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • One or more years of experience in project coordination, operations, business analysis, or a similar role.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
  • Collaborative working style and eagerness to learn from senior team members.
  • This position requires the ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely. This includes understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and communications essential to the role.
