Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO to act as a strategic operator and leverage in shaping company strategy, execution, and leadership alignment. You will coordinate cross-functional initiatives, prepare key materials, and ensure execution of the CEO's priorities with autonomy and high ownership.

You will work closely with the CEO across strategy, operations, and stakeholder engagement, gaining unparalleled exposure to a scaling technology company, product, and board dynamics.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in strategy, operations, management consulting, investment banking, product strategy, or Chief of Staff roles.

Responsibilities

• Advise the CEO on strategy, organizational design, and high-stakes challenges.
• Represent the CEO in meetings and forums when needed, and drive decisions within guardrails.
