Job summary

Mainstreet Ventures in Madison is seeking an Events & Sponsorships Manager to drive private dining, catering, and District events. You will sell spaces, manage client relationships, and secure sponsorships across One Prime, One Social, Blue Jack, and the District’s venues.

The role combines outbound sales with hands-on event detailing, client service, and District activation, with some evenings/weekends required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in event sales, catering/events management, or hospitality business development.
• Established local/regional relationships in Madison's corporate/event community.
• Ability to close sponsorship packages and manage multiple events.

Responsibilities

• Lead private dining, event and catering sales across One Prime and One Social.
• Develop sponsorship packages and secure local corporate partners.
• Coordinate menus, AV, staffing, and event timelines with operations.
• Maintain proposals, contracts, timelines in CRM and internal SOPs.
