Job summary

One Prime in Madison, part of the Mainstreet Ventures Restaurant Group, is hiring a Sous Chef to lead the back-of-house and kitchen teams. You will work as a member of the restaurant management team in an upscale steakhouse overlooking Lake Monona.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years as a full-service restaurant kitchen manager.
