Job summary

Publicis Health Media is seeking a highly organized Manager, Events & Sponsorships to plan and execute PHM HealthFront and related events. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage sponsors, and drive on-site delivery from planning through post‑event reporting.

This role requires 3+ years in event planning or sponsorships, strong project management, and comfort with AI-enabled tools. Travel to NYC/Philadelphia areas and occasional outside-hours work are expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in event planning, event operations, sponsorships, project management, or a related field.
• Experience managing corporate, agency, healthcare, financial services, or other complex events preferred.
• Strong project management skills with attention to detail and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Support the VP in planning and execution of PHM HealthFront, handling event operations and sponsorship execution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines, workback schedules, and milestones across multiple workstreams.
• Coordinate deliverables, approvals, and deadlines across internal teams and external partners.
• Develop detailed event and onsite plans, checklists, and logistics across venues, production, catering, transportation, and vendors.
• Identify challenges early and develop proactive solutions.
• Support planning of client events, executive meetings, and other agency events as needed.
• Ensure PHM brand standards, hospitality, and sustainability across events.
• Identify opportunities to improve event processes and attendee experiences.
