Job summary

Chotto Matte in San Francisco seeks an experienced Event Sales Coordinator to support high-volume restaurant events. You will coordinate all event details with Sales, F&B, Operations, and Admin to ensure flawless execution from contract to billing.

You will develop knowledge of offerings, manage guest interactions in Triple seat, and drive incremental revenue through upsells while maintaining accurate billing and timely reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of experience coordinating high-volume events in restaurant venues.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Excellent organization and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing event conditions.
• Willingness to work nights and occasional weekends.

Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include events production, direct sales, lead assignment, reservation assistance, contract and BEO generation, billing reconciliation, and reporting.
• Support Corporate Director of Event Sales and coordinate with Sales, F&B, Operations, and Administrative Departments after sale is finalized.
• Coordinate all event details with internal teams and ensure timely data entry (Triple seat) and document management.
• Liaise with approved third-party vendors for orders and deliveries (cakes, floral, linens, entertainment, etc.).
• Drive incremental revenue through upsells and accurate markup on external invoices.
• Document guest interactions in Triple seat with detailed notes and track tasks.
• Attend weekly BEO meetings and relevant management meetings.
• Ensure guests are billed correctly per signed contracts and maintain organized records.
