SAE Industry Technologies Consortia (SAE ITC), Performance Review Institute (PRI), and SAE International deliver shared solutions for mobility industry challenges. The role sits at the intersection of strategy, sponsorship growth, and on-site leadership for flagship conferences and expositions in Warrendale, PA.

We seek an experienced event leader with proven revenue ownership and a track record of growing attendance and sponsorships.

Qualificações

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
6+ years in event production/management with direct revenue accountability.
Proven track record growing event attendance and revenue.

Responsabilidades

Own the P&L for an assigned event or portfolio, including budget and profit targets.
Set attendance and revenue targets; develop promotion and sales strategy; manage key accounts and speakers.
Research and build go-to-market plans for each event; evaluate opportunities like new tracks or partnerships.
Partner with content developers to craft keynote and panel strategy; recruit speakers and write briefs.
Monitor market trends and competitor events to identify risks and opportunities.
Oversee attendee acquisition and retention goals with the marketing team.
Maintain relationships with industry stakeholders, advisory committees, exhibitors, and sponsors.
Coordinate with operations to ensure on-site experience aligns with strategy; manage VIPs onsite.
Use post-event feedback to inform next year's strategy.
