Zusammenfassung

SAE International in Warrendale, PA seeks an entrepreneurial manager to own the P&L for key events, drive attendance and sponsorship growth, and shape the program strategy across flagship conferences and expos.

Collaborate with sales, marketing, and content teams to craft compelling keynote and panel programming, recruit speakers, and manage speaker/sponsor relationships onsite with a focus on attendee experience and revenue targets.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 6+ years of experience in event production or management with direct revenue accountability.
• Demonstrated track record of growing event attendance and revenue.

Aufgaben

• Own the P&L for an assigned event or portfolio of events, including budget, revenue targets and profit margin.
• Set attendance and revenue targets with sales/marketing, develop promotion and sales strategy, manage key accounts/speakers.
• Research and build go-to-market plans for each event including new tracks, co-locations, partnerships, expansion.
