Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in event management or gaming/hospitality.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with casino management systems (GHS/ACSC) and MS Office; public speaking ability.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and execute consumer engagement strategies and private events across channels (digital, print, social, email, postal).
• Coordinate promotional activities with internal departments, agencies, partners and sponsors.
• Oversee all stages of event management from concept to completion for diverse events.
• Manage budgets, forecasting, evaluation and measurement of promotions.
• Schedule and lead events staff; negotiate contracts; ensure regulatory and legal compliance.
