United States Space Force at Peterson Space Force Base seeks an events coordinator to manage planning, budgeting, and coordination for Hub events and related ceremonies. You will liaise with the Food and Beverage Manager and Catering Support Coordinator on day-to-day matters to fulfill the mission of the Force Support Squadron.

Role may require evenings, weekends, and holidays; position is at a base hub and involves duties to support events, budgets, and sponsorships in a trusted capacity.

Formación

• Education substitution allowed: four-year degree from an accredited college with a major in Hospitality or Event Management.
• Foreign education may be used to meet requirements; provide equivalency evidence on applying.

Responsabilidades

• Apply knowledge of the organization and regulations to plan and coordinate event programming for the Force Support Squadron and Peterson Hub.
• Plan and administer day-to-day activities for a funded set of events, including budgeting and reporting.
• Coordinate with the Food and Beverage Manager and Catering Support Coordinator on programmatic, operational, and administrative matters.
