Job summary

DUAL North America is seeking an Events Manager to lead strategy, planning and end-to-end project management of our full events portfolio, from conferences to partner events and internal functions.

Based in Golden, CO on a hybrid schedule with up to 20% travel, you will partner with underwriting, business development and the marketing team to ensure events reflect the DUAL brand and deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
• 5+ years in event planning/management, preferably B2B, with multiple projects and vendor relations.
• Ability to conceptualize events end-to-end reflecting the DUAL brand.
• Energetic self-starter with ability to build an evolving events program.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end event strategy, planning and project management.
• Coordinate representation at industry conferences and tradeshows, including logistics and booth planning.
• Plan and execute internal and external events, including charity events and employee gatherings.
• Track budgets, ROI and post-event reporting to refine strategy.
• Collaborate with underwriting and business development to align events with goals.
