Princeton SPIA DC Center is seeking an Events Manager to lead ideation, planning, and execution of diverse events aligned with the School's public policy mission. You will liaise with faculty, partners, and policymakers in Washington, DC, and Princeton, shaping programming and outreach.

The role includes day-to-day operations support, master events calendar management, and collaboration with campus communications and IT teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related work experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong project management or event planning skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Lead planning and execution of a broad range of events in Washington, DC.
  • Coordinate with faculty, administrators, and external partners for programming and outreach.
  • Oversee daily operations of the SPIA DC Center and manage its events calendar.
  • Support budget, procurement, and vendor relations; manage logistics and A/V needs.
