Qualifications

• Three to five years of event planning, hospitality, or related experience.
• Exceptional organizational and project management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of Development and schoolwide events.
• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and logistics.
• Coordinate registration, catering, AV, signage, and guest management.
• Oversee event budgets, contracts, invoices, and payments.
• Support donor stewardship and fundraising event outcomes.
